Chicken Diamante Recipe
"Grilled boneless chicken breast with melted aged cheddar cheese, topped with RR Italian Peppers" - Rose Romano
2 large boneless Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
4 oz. aged Cheddar Cheese
RR Italian Peppers
Salt & Pepper
Season two large boneless chicken breasts with 2 TBS olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
In large pan, on medium low heat, grill chicken to a golden brown.
Place chicken breasts on a serving dish, add a generous portion of aged cheddar cheese (4 oz.) and top with desired amount of heated RR Italian Peppers.
